2014 Excursion Day
In an effort to give all participants in Bridges 2014 pleasant memories in Seoul, secretariat of Bridges Seoul 2014 is presenting several tour courses that are attractive to all participants, accompanying persons and general public.
You can apply for any tour programs with reasonable price. Specially for Excursion Day on August 19, under the theme "Seoul Trip; Math met Art" you will have a pleasant memory to travel Seoul and feel sophisticated art pieces as well as network with Bridges participants.

Condition
- Transportation, English speaking guide, all admission fee, hotel expenses are included.
- The tour reservation can be made until July 18, 2014. Extra seats will be sold at the tour desk during Bridges Seoul 2014.
- We will send you confirmation a letter as soon as receiving your request and you can have a final confirmation letter for your tour on July 18, 2014.
- The Optional Day Tour can be operated with minimum 20 persons. If under 20 persons, the above tours will be canceled automatically. (In case of the Excursion Day Tour on 19th Aug. will be operated with minimum 35 persons.)
- The Post Tour can be operated minimum 15 persons. If under 15 persons, the above tours will be canceled automatically.
- There is no penalty if the above tours were under the minimum persons and canceled automatically.
- If you want to cancel or change your reservation, you can send us an e-mail at bridgesseoul2014@redcap.co.kr. When informing us regarding the cancellation, please add [Tour Cancel Request] in front of the titles.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before (KST) the all kind of Tour program: 100% refund
- 20 days before (KST) the all kind of Tour program: 50% cancellation penalty
- 15 days before (KST) the all kind of Tour program: 80% cancellation penalty
- 10 days ~ the day before (KST) the all kind of Tour program: 100% cancellation penalty
- The cancellation time is based on the Korea local time (GMT+9)
