2012 Accommodations

Important:

In addition to the local hotels that can be found in an online search, Bridges Towson 2012 Conference participants have the option of staying on campus in the West Village Commons residence halls, which are within walking distance of the conference site. On-campus housing is recommended by the conference for all participants. Please note that the entire university is smoke-free.

The availability of rooms in the residence halls is limited. The rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Eventually, any unoccupied rooms will be released to the university to be used for other conferences and meetings on campus.

Bridges Conference Parking Permits

In order to park your car in the university parking lots you need to purchase a permit. The permit is valid for the entire conference that includes the extra optional days. The cost for a permit is $10 for the entire event.

You need to register with Reza Sarhangi in this regard.
