"Mobius-Helix"

One part of Mobius-Helix is a Mobius band with three one-half left-hand twists which also describes a trefoil knot along its edge. The other part is a helical ribbon of six right-hand turns wrapped into a toroidal shape. These two separate pieces are intertwined by a series of interlocking holes along the edges of each.
Mobius-Helix won first place at the Intersculpt's Second International Digital Sculpture Competition in 2001.
